SALES SERVICES: 

All companies intended to do business with ROSE PC should submit following documents and forms. 
- Fill our credit application form 
- A copy of re-sale certification 
- A copy of business license 
- A copy of voided check 
 
TERMS

- All applications should be returned to the credit department. Terms will be assigned after 3 to 5 working days. 
- All prices are F. O. B. (Freight On Board) of our Oceanside, California warehouse unless otherwise agreed before shipping.  
- Minimum order for local delivery by our especial currier is $ 1000.00. 
- Place order 2 hours before pickup (will Call). 
- All orders will be processed same day before 3 PM Pacific time. 
- All merchandise shipped by UPS, FedEx unless the total weight is considerably increased. 
- All Warranties begin from the date of invoices. 
- No shipment will be made until the credit department of ROSE PC approved the order. 
- Payment is made according to terms agreed in the form of cashier check, company check or credit card. 
- All checks to be made payable to: ROSE PC 

WARRANTY:

 Western Digital 
  IBM 
  Maxtor 
  Hitachi 
  Toshiba 
  Fujitsu 
 
- All products carry original manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated.
- Re-certified warranty is 6 months by manufacturing company.
- RosePC make no warranty compatibilities or fitness of any irregular application.
- All warranties are VOID on visibly damaged or altered goods.
- All external data storage systems like RAID ARRAY come with one year warranty. 
- And finally:

We do believe in what we sell.

RETURN POLICY:
 
- All returns required an RAM number and must be printed on return box. 
- Rose PC accept refund computer parts within 15 days of purchasing date, please see refund. 
- Return after 10 days of purchasing required RAM Number. 
- RAM number will be issued within 3 business days and is valid for 15 days. 
- After 15 days, if your products does not shipped new RAM should be requested. 
- Rose PC either repair's your products or replace with same or similar products with very close technical specs and prices. 

And finally:
- So far we had less than 3/1000 probability of return. 

REFUND:

- All return for refund must be in original shipping condition. 
- Unopened box product if return within 15 days of purchase subjected to full refund. All shipping costs are not included.. 
- Open products, if return in original packing within 15 days of purchase are subjected to 15% of restacking fee (provided not used). 
- Shipping charges are not refundable. 
- After 15 days of purchase all sales are final and not refund is accepted.
